2026 Winter Netball Registration

All players must complete 2 STEPS to finalise registration after being placed in a team.

STEP 1 -   PlayHQ Registration:

All players must register via PlayHQ once they have been placed in a team via this link:

·       If transferring from another club, please complete a clearance via PlayHQ. Please see instructions below ⬇️

·       Please ensure your email address is up to date before registering, do not create a new PlayHQ account

To update your email, contact support@netball.com.au and provide:

·       Old Email

·       New Email

·       Player’s Full Name (as per PlayHQ/Score Sheet)

·       Player’s DOB

STEP 2 - VNA and Club Membership Fees:

All players, coaches, and umpires must have a valid 2026 VNA to take the court. Both VNA and membership fees are paid through Netball Connect via the one link below.

2026 VNA fees

·       Junior (17 & under) $73

·       Senior (18 & over) $94

·       Valid 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026

2026 Bell Park Club Memberships

·       Junior (17 & under) $220 per season

·       Senior (18 & over) $320 per season

ℹ️ Please Note: 

·       There are separate links for Midweek and Saturday competitions – please ensure you go through the correct link.

·       If you are playing summer comp or in a rep program, you will have already paid Netball Victoria Membership.

🔄 Netball Clearances (if changing clubs)

-       A clearance is required if you’re moving from another club.

-      To request a clearance:

• To initiate a clearance for a netball player moving between clubs in the AFL Barwon area, the player should register in PlayHQ to the new club using the provided link (in Step 1)
• Your previous club will review and approve the request
• AFL Barwon will then approve it at the league level
• Bell Park will finalise the clearance
• Once complete, return to complete Steps above

🚨 Note: Only one clearance per season is permitted under AFL Barwon by-laws.
