All players must complete three steps to finalise registration after being placed in a team.
All players, coaches, and umpires must have a valid 2025 VNA to take the court.

Are a brand-new netballer who has not played for another GFL or BFL club.
If transferring from another club, please complete a clearance via PlayHQ (see Step 2).

AFL Barwon Development Fee: $5 Juniors / $10 Seniors
Netball Australia Digital Fee: $4.49

A clearance is required if you’re moving from another GFNL, BFNL, or AFL Barwon club.
To request a clearance:
To initiate a clearance for a netball player moving between clubs in the AFL Barwon area, the player should register in PlayHQ to the new club using the provided link (e.g., https://www.playhq.com/netball-australia/register/ee29f9), and the new club will then need to approve/deny the clearance.
Your previous club will review and approve the request.
AFL Barwon will then approve it at the league level.
Bell Park will finalise the clearance.
Once complete, return to complete Steps 1–3 above.
🚨 Note: Only one clearance per season is permitted under AFL Barwon by-laws.
